When will my order arrive?
Once we get your order the Club team will set about filling it and let you know when your order is either ready to collect from the Clubhouse or when we have posted it to you (depending on the option you choose when you placed your order.)
Can I place an order over the phone or in person?
Whilst we’d prefer you to place your order online so that you can browse our fantastic new range, we understand that some Members may wish to place their order via phone or in person and we are happy to accommodate this in certain circumstances. Call or drop in and our Team will process the order online, on your behalf, and you will be asked to provide your credit card and other details to us.
What happens if I ordered the wrong size?
Each of our clothing products have a size guide to assist you select the right size and fit for you. If you do happen to get your order and it doesn’t fit we will happily swap it for you as long as it hasn’t been worn or washed! Just call the Club or drop in and speak to one of our mighty helpful team and we will make the arrangements for you.
How do I cancel an order?
We understand that sometimes people change their minds or order items by mistake, we are more than happy to try and accommodate these instances. Please fill in the form below – including your order number – and one of the Team will contact you to discuss how we can assist.
Can I collect my order in person?
Absolutely! Simply place your order online and select ‘FREE Local Pickup’. Once we have your order ready we will contact you and let you know when you can pick it up at the Clubhouse.
