Our Facilities & Services set a high standard on the Lake.

Strong, sturdy, safe and accommodating all size houseboats, our marinas provide the best houseboat mooring facilities on the lake. All this is complemented by our custom designed breakwater, made specifically for our unique conditions, ensuring our fleet is well protected.

Overlooking Anderson Harbour our Clubhouse Bar & Bistro sets a high standard catering for over 250 people boasting an excellent resident Chef who curates a sumptuous seasonal menu and take away meals. Plus there is a bar, kiosk and large balcony areas all with sweeping views over the marina.

Multiple Slipways and Maintenance Sheds provide facilities for members to have their boat slipped and maintained by onsite contractors in our undercover work areas. In 2020 our new premier Sugarloaf Slipway, that accommodates even the largest boats in our fleet, was built together with a 10,000sqm hardstand that will see more maintenance sheds and other services built on it during 2021/22.

The club has over 250 Storage Sheds available for members to store their runabouts, jet skis or dinghies on site.  We are continuing to build more sheds of various sizes to meet the demands of our growing footprint and membership base.

The Shoreline Shop is a kiosk on the water that sells a limited range of necessary products to members only, including bread, milk, ice, ice creams, the daily papers and a range of groceries and toiletries. In addition the club provides two purpose built self drive ferries for easy access to your boat.

The Club has a number of powered Work Jetties available for the use of members who need to carry out maintenance on their boats as well as several wash bays available for all sized boats including cruisers.

We have onsite cottage accommodation which proves popular for members guests, a weekend away or a great on-site alternative while you watch your dream boat being built or renovated.

Adjacent to the Clubhouse our members can enjoy complementary use of our swimming pool with barbeque area, play equipment and a tennis court for use by members and their guests.

We have a Kids Club room that is very popular in peak season and was renovated in 2019/20 complete with electronic security key access and a CCTV feed directly into the Clubhouse. A small annual fee applies.

The Club houses the CFA, Ambulance Victoria Rescue Boat, which is always on hand for emergencies. Emergency services have full access to the clubhouse and marinas.

In addition, the Club also provides breakdown services and mooring assistance as well as onsite contractors that provide mechanical and other concierge services.

Our Club Magazine is issued quarterly to members free of charge. The magazine showcases social events, new members, updates from the EBC Board & Management, Member’s Stories, Goulburn Murray Water, the CFA and other key Lake Eildon stakeholders.

Our EBC Members Only APP continues to be very popular with members wanting to access newsletters, breaking news notifications, webcams, booking portal, member contact lists and boat database, Maps of the Lake, EBC Board information, Articles & Policies and much more.

EBC has an excellent social calendar of events throughout the year. The Social Club Sub Committee organises many activities for members including Family Fun Days, Jet Ski Rides, 4WD Days, Mystery Lunches and much more. The Club has a fantastic online booking system for members to reserve the Bistro, book and pay for Gas Bottles or Waste Pump Out services, register their guests and other Club facilities and services like Work Jetties and Wash Bays.

Members can access this booking system through our EBC Members APP or on the website Member Only pages.

The Club has an existing on-water self serve Fuel Barge. Gas bottles can also be swapped at the Fuel Barge or you can arrange an in harbour gas bottle delivery weekly. In 2021/22 we will be installing a brand new and much larger on water barge with a self-bunded fuel cell system floating on pontoons. The Club offers an on-water waste service that pumps out boats whilst they are in harbour and during peak season we also provide pump outs further out on the Lake.

The Team at EBC are always on hand to assist members 24hrs, 7 Days a week. Members simply just call our main office number (which diverts to our afterhours mobile) or they can press the intercom at the entry gates to get in touch with us 24/7! In 2021 we introduced a new Numberplate Recognition System that allows our members 24/7 secure access through our front entry gates. We also have staff who permanently live onsite providing added safety and security of our members assets.

The club provides secure webcam links via the EBC Members APP and website. We also provide harbour-wide free wireless internet access, which is handy for the EBC Members APP and Booking system especially during Peak Season at the Lake.
